In this, the fin loops are soldered to a center rod and thus Turbulator is made, which is then soldered inside the tubes. These tubes then can be finned on the outside using any appropriate fins, the bonding provide superior heat transfer to the tubes.
Soldered Option: - Our company has a capability of soldering these turbulators inside the tubes for better bonding and performance. We can offer the Turbulator with solder wire runners which would melt on heating the tubes, bonding the Turbulator to the inside of the tube
